Construction virtual assistant

Salary: $693.04 – $1,167.46 monthly

We’re a growing construction company based in the UK looking for a reliable, and proactive Construction Virtual Assistant to join our team. You’ll start with 3 hours per day, with the opportunity to increase your hours.
This is a long-term role with exciting opportunities for development and more responsibility over time.

???? What you will be doing:
• ?? Completing Excel templates for paying our team of sub-contractors
• ??Diary management
• ??Tracking project costs on Xero
• ??Using the project management software BuilderTrend
• ?? Creating payment plans for clients
• ?? Sending out contracts to clients
• ?? Updating master Excel templates with payment plans
• ?? Sending Architect plans to glazing, steel fabricators, and other suppliers – and collecting 3 quotes from each.
• ??Preparing quotations for clients
• ?? Comparing material prices – aim for 3 quotes per item
• ?? Forwarding invoices to Dext
• ?? Assisting with CRM management

We’re Looking for Someone Who Is:
• ? Trustworthy and responsible
• ? Fluent in English (spoken and written)
• ? Organised
• ? Able to work independently and ask questions when needed
• ? Familiar with CRMs and platforms like Dext, Xero and Monday.com , Excel and BuilderTrend– If you do not know how to
use these tools/platforms we will teach you.

???? Requirements:
• Stable internet connection
• Previous experience in being a construction assistant
• Quiet working environment
• A laptop or computer
• Weekly meetings to check in and learn how to use various platforms and learn new tasks.

? Working Hours & days:
• Start with 3 hours per day: 3 hours Monday – Friday 1-4pm Philippines time with the hours increasing over time.
• Flexibility with schedule, but deadlines must be met as per tasks set.
