Role Overview:
We’re hiring a ClickUp + GoHighLevel Power User to support backend operations, automations, and project workflows.
If you’re the kind of person who finds broken automations, builds clean dashboards, and keeps task systems running like a machine — we want to talk to you.
You’ll Be Responsible For:
Managing and improving our ClickUp workspace (folders, dashboards, automations, views)
QA’ing and maintaining workflows in GoHighLevel (triggers, forms, calendars, pipelines)
Updating client accounts in GHL and ensuring lead flow is working correctly
Setting up automations and SOPs between tools (GHL, Zapier, Slack, Google Sheets)
Helping organize project tasks, recurring workflows, and department handoffs
Requirements:
1+ years experience using ClickUp and GoHighLevel (or similar PM tools)
Strong working knowledge of GoHighLevel – must know workflows, triggers, calendars
Detail-oriented, organized, and fast at learning new tools
Bonus if you know Zapier, Slack, Google Sheets formulas, or cold email tools
Clear communicator (written and verbal)
Fluent English
Able to work at least 4 hours/day overlapping with EST
