Brand Engagement & Conversion Representative

Our client, a remote-first company that supports global brands in delivering WOW-worthy customer experiences, is seeking a Brand Engagement & Conversion Representative. In this role, you’ll connect with brands already showing interest and help guide them through the application process to join a fast-growing product discovery platform.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Respond to warm leads generated through outreach efforts—these are brands already curious and ready to learn more.
• Guide prospective brand partners through the full application process with clear, professional communication.
• Follow up using a mix of personalized and automated messaging (templates provided).
• Track lead engagement, address objections, and help turn interest into action.
• Use platforms like Instantly and Shopify (or similar tools) to support lead nurturing and conversions.

What You’ll Need to Succeed

Must-Haves:

• 3+ years of experience in customer service, lead engagement, or sales support
• Excellent written communication and follow-up skills
• Ability to work independently within a process-driven environment
• Familiarity with tools such as Instantly and Shopify
• Reliable computer (minimum i5 processor) and stable internet
• Quiet, distraction-free workspace

Nice-to-Haves:

• Experience with eCommerce or SaaS platforms
• Background in remote team environments
• Familiarity with high-volume outreach tools or onboarding workflows

Compensation & Perks

• Salary: $1,450–$1,499/month
