APPOINTMENT SETTER URGENT HIRING!!!!!!

Linked Helpers is actively seeking a dynamic Executive Assistant with proven experience working with US or Australian clients. This role requires 1–2 years of hands-on experience in outbound calling, sales, appointment setting, and appointment confirmation. If you thrive in a high-pressure environment, handle high call volumes with ease, and are confident in convincing people over the phone, we want to hear from you.

Starting Salary: 20,000 (Probationary – Full time)

Experience: Cold Calling, Appointment Setting, Spa Clients – 1-2 years (Preferred)

Language: English (Required)

Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming and outgoing calls.
  • Efficiently schedule appointments and fill calendar gaps to ensure a fully booked and well-structured day.
  • Follow up with clients and send reminders for appointments
  • Use scheduling software to manage and maintain a clean, efficient calendar.
  • Solve problems proactively and independently, thinking outside the box to get things done.
  • Operate under high-pressure while maintaining professionalism and top-tier performance.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience as an Executive Virtual Assistant.
  • Has worked with US or Australian clients, especially in the spa or wellness industry (a plus!).
  • Strong ability to handle high call volumes and close leads through persuasive, professional phone conversations.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proficiency in calendar and scheduling software.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, high-pressure, and highly demanding environment.
  • Fluent in English.
