Role Overview:
Are you a natural conversationalist who thrives in DMs? Do you know how to turn cold messages into warm leads—and warm leads into booked appointments? We’re looking for a Social Media Appointment Setter to join a high-performance, fast-growing team and represent a powerful personal brand onlin
Responsibilities:
- Engage with leads via DMs on Facebook and Instagram using the CEO’s personal or brand profiles.
- Mirror the CEO’s tone, voice, and personality to build authentic rapport.
- Qualify leads and book discovery or sales calls with ideal prospects.
- Confirm and manage appointments to ensure high show-up rates.
- Log and track all conversations in the CRM (GoHighLevel experience is a plus)
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams for campaign coordination and reporting.
- Report weekly metrics (messages sent, replies, calls booked, show-up rate.
Key Performance Indicators:
- Number of DMs sent per day/week
- Response rate
- Number of appointments booked
- Show-up rate for calls
- CRM accuracy and update frequency
Qualifica
- Minimum 2 years of proven experience booking appointments via IG & FB DMs
- Exceptional written English communication and conversational copywriting
- Strong grasp of US-based communication etiquette
- CRM experience (ideally GoHighLevel or similar)
- Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and KPI-driven
- Ability to adapt tone and voice to match a personal or brand identity

Time Commitment
- Full-time position
- Requires flexibility to respond during U.S. business hours (EST/PST)
- Occasional after-hours work for real-time engagement during events or campaigns
