JOB TITLE: APPOINTMENT SETTER

FULL TIME, AU-DAYSHIFT WORK FROM HOME

Scale-X Solutions is one of the fastest growing outsourcing company in Australia and in

the Philippines. We specialize in providing remote workers to small to medium-sized

businesses in AU.

Experience / Qualifications:

  • At least 4 years of appointment setting experience in the B2B space, preferably in selling services, software, or SaaS products to clients.

Job Description:

As an Appointment Setter at Scale-X Solutions, you will play a crucial role in our sales

team by generating high-quality leads and scheduling appointments for our business

development managers. You will be responsible for initiating contact with potential

clients, qualifying leads, and arranging meetings to showcase our services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce Scale-X Solutions’

offerings and qualify leads.

  • Utilize effective communication and persuasion skills to schedule appointments

for our sales team with key decision-makers.

  • Maintain a high volume of calls and meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly

appointment targets.

  • Develop and nurture relationships with leads to facilitate the sales process.
  • Document all interactions and update CRM systems with accurate and detailed information.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to strategize and optimize lead generation and appointment setting efforts.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to effectively position Scale-X Solutions in the market.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in appointment setting, preferably in a B2B

sales environment.

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding appointment setting targets and quotas.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage and build rapport with prospects.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes and techniques.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Adaptability and willingness to learn new technologies and methodologies.
