Job Description

As an Appointment Setter, you’ll be the driving force behind our client’s sales growth strategy. You’ll leverage your communication skills to connect with decision-makers, showcasing our range of cleaning services and setting the stage for successful sales interactions. Your role is pivotal in qualifying leads, scheduling appointments, and providing a seamless transition to the sales team. Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound calls to potential clients using provided lead lists
  • Pre-qualify leads and book quality appointments for the sales team
  • Maintain accurate records in the company’s CRM system
  • Collaborate closely with sales representatives to ensure smooth lead handoffs
  • Handle objections confidently and provide clear information about services
  • Stay updated on company offerings and industry trends
  • Meet or exceed weekly targets for calls and appointments
  • Participate in regular performance reviews and strategy sessions
  • Potential to earn performance-based bonuses or commissions

Requirements

  • 3-5+ years of proven experience in appointment setting or similar B2B sales role
  • Track record of success in meeting or exceeding appointment-setting targets
  • Strong proficiency with CRM systems and appointment scheduling software
  • Excellent communication skills with a clear, professional phone manner
  • Ability to work independently and thrive in a remote setting
  • Self-motivated with strong time management skills
  • Fluency in English required
  • Experience in the commercial cleaning industry is a plus
  • Comfortable using provided CRM and phone systems for all communications
  • Ability to cover the greater Vancouver area and Fraser Valley region
