Job Highlights

• Monthly Rate: The equivalent of $4.3 USD per hour in the applicant’s local currency
• Number of Paid Hours Per Week: 40 hours
• Schedule: Monday through Friday, flexible shifts between 7 AM to 5 PM Pacific Time
• Client Timezone: Pacific Time
• Work Arrangement: Work from home
• Contract: Independent Contractor

Side Note: Since this is a permanent work-from-home position and the arrangement is that of an “Independent Contractor,” the selected candidates must have their own computer and internet connection. They will handle their own benefits and taxes. The professional fees are on hourly rates and may include commissions depending on performance.

Responsibilities

• Conduct engaging outbound calls to potential customers across Colorado, Arizona, and Texas
• Set appointments for roof inspections, matching homeowners with expert solar consultants
• Educate prospects on the environmental and financial benefits of solar power
• Manage high-energy call periods, especially during post-storm surges in interest
• Accurately record customer information and appointments in CRM systems
• Meet and exceed performance targets for appointment setting
• Collaborate with teams to refine outreach strategies and enhance customer experience

Requirements

• Passion for renewable energy and making a positive environmental impact
• Excellent communication skills, especially over the phone
• 2–3 years of outbound calling, appointment setting, or sales experience preferred
• Proficiency with dialer systems and CRM software; quick learner with new tools
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Positive and resilient attitude, with ability to overcome objections
• Basic understanding of solar concepts (training provided)
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, changing environment
• Self-motivated with ability to work independently from home
• Flexibility to handle fluctuating call volumes
