Overview

A fast-growing dental marketing agency is looking for a personable, thorough appointment setter to contact prospective clients via phone, sms and email.

We assist our clients in calling their leads and booking appointments. This means that you will be phoning on behalf of different dental businesses, making sure your work never gets boring!

Responsibilities:

• Calling our clients’ leads to maximise the appointments booked.
• Determining fit between the company and prospects (qualifying)
• Scheduling a consultation between the prospective client and our clients.
• Following up with prospective clients and furthering the sales process

Requirements:

• Fluent or English Proficiency Level B2 and up (spoken and written)
• Have a cheerful personality and be a people person.
• Outstanding listening skills and attention to detail
• Able to follow step-by-step instructions
• Stable internet connection. Internet speed must be 20mbps download, 10mbps upload
• Stable electricity
• A good quality headset
• Two screens are a must
• Be able to do the work 8-hour shifts between call centre hours of Monday to Sunday, 6 AM to 10 PM Sydney time.

The pay for this role is $8 AUD per hour. You can do more hours if you are available. There are

opportunities for bonuses as well, but please only apply if you are happy with this rate.
