Role Overview

As an Outreach Specialist, you’ll be responsible for generating conversations with highly qualified prospects, nurturing them through consistent follow-ups, and driving them to book discovery calls with our team. You’ll use company-provided profiles and assets, while collaborating with our internal team to execute campaigns smoothly. (learn more at www.speakervideos.com)

Responsibilities

• Run personalized outreach campaigns via LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram from provided profiles.
• Manage hyper-personalized email campaigns for prospects, including sending tailored samples.
• Maintain accurate lead tracking using CRM tools / Google Sheets.
• Implement an effective follow-up system to drive prospects toward booking calls.
• Coordinate with the internal team to access and share necessary assets for outreach.
• Continuously optimize messaging and approach for better response rates.

Who You Are

• Prior experience in outreach, appointment setting, or lead generation (social media/email).
• Strong communication and writing skills – able to personalize outreach effectively.
• Experience with CRM tools or lead tracking systems (HubSpot, Odoo, Google Sheets, etc.).
• Organized, detail-oriented, and persistent with follow-ups.
• Self-motivated and comfortable working remotely.
