ABOUT THE ROLE

As an Amazon Virtual Assistant, you’ll own and manage products across multiple categories on Amazon. You’ll be working inside Seller Central daily, optimizing listings, scaling visibility through PPC, and coordinating with internal teams and external partners to keep operations tight and error-free.

What You’ll Be Responsible For:

• Listing Creation & Optimization: Create, update, manage, and optimize Amazon listings across categories
• PPC Management: Perform PPC research and campaign setup
• Keyword Research: Conduct in-depth keyword research for listings and PPC
• Issue Resolution & Support Coordination:
• Troubleshoot listing, account, and catalog errors
• Work closely with Amazon Seller Support, Brand Registry, and other support teams
• Follow up consistently and clearly to ensure issues are resolved (no loose ends)
• Cross-Functional & Third-Party Coordination

ABOUT YOU

This job will be a right fit for you if:

• You have established experience with Amazon Seller Central (Compulsory)
• You’re proficient in Excel or Google Sheets (basic knowledge needed)
• You can skim through data and find relevant attributes
• You’re reliable and able to meet deadlines
• You’re comfortable doing repetitive and routine tasks
• You’re detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality
• You’re open, responsive, and communicate clearly to ensure tasks are completed accurately

Good to Have:

• Knowledge of Helium10 and Keepa is a a plus
• Knowledge of Amazon Stores, Virtual Bundles, Deals and Coupons
• Understanding of Amazon shipment and logistics

AND ABOUT THE CONDITIONS?

Location: Remote

Working Hours: 40-hour week

You have the flexibility to choose your working hours. But most of your working hours should overlap with the company’s working time zone. Asian/ European time zones preferred.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Starting at $3 per hour
• Bonus based on performance
• Yearly salary increments based on performance
• 40 hours of paid holiday per year after probation is cleared
