ABOUT KLIM TECHNOLOGIES

KLIM was founded in 2015 from a $521 investment. We sell across multiple categories, with a general focus on customer electronics. Since then we have grown very quickly with a focus on operational excellence, customer-centric product development and exceptional customer service.

The company is 35-people strong, with an office and warehouse in Shenzhen and an otherwise fully distributed team.

Our end goal is to have a small, but highly driven, highly talented team. Both because it’s better for the business, but it’s also a lot more enjoyable to work with motivated, competent colleagues.

ABOUT THE ROLE

By joining us as a Virtual Assistant you will:

• Listing Creation & Updates, including all SC tasks
• PPC Research
• Troubleshoot errors, dealing with support – being frequent with replies and making sure they see eye-to-eye
• Role will require expansion to additional responsibilities that involve dealing with more 3rd parties
• Keyword Research for listings

ABOUT YOU

This job will be a right fit for you if:

• You have experience with Amazon Seller Central
• You’re proficient in Excel or Google Sheets (basic knowledge needed, no formulas required)
• You can skim through data and find relevant attributes
• Knowledge of Helium10 and Keepa is a plus
• You have additional knowledge of Amazon Stores, Virtual Bundles, and the shipment process is a plus
• You’re reliable and able to meet deadlines
• You’re reliable and able to meet deadlines
• You’re comfortable doing repetitive and routine tasks
• You’re detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality

Compensation

• Starting at $3 per hour. Rates will increase based on performance.
• Bonus and salary increases will be based on performance.

Working Hours

You can expect a 40-hour weekly workload.
