You own the administrative coordination and operational flow for a revenue generation team, ensuring internal processes, schedules, and communications are executed without friction. Your work follows established virtual protocols, document standards, and reporting cycles to support team performance in a fully remote environment.
This is a 5-month fixed-term contract with the potential for regularization. It is not a general support role; you operate within defined scopes to manage vendor invoices, client onboarding documentation, and calendar precision. This position is best suited for professionals who thrive in highly structured virtual environments, value extreme accountability, and prefer clear expectations over ambiguity.
You’re Likely a Strong Fit If You Have
- 2+ years of administrative experience, specifically supporting sales, marketing, or business development teams.
- Hands-on responsibility for managing complex calendars, email communications, and document formatting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and virtual meeting platforms like Zoom.
- Experience operating in a fully virtual, webcam-active work environment with high-priority tasks.
- Willingness to work the night shift (8:00 PM–5:00 AM PHT) on a 5-month fixed-term contract with potential for regularization.

Responsibility Pillars
Operational Coordination & Workflow. You own the administrative heartbeat of the team, ensuring internal processes run efficiently and daily tasks are completed with precision.
- Coordinate internal and external meetings and prepare relevant agendas.
- Execute data entry, expense tracking, and report preparation.
- Maintain electronic filing systems and update records for instant access.
Client & Vendor Liaison. You manage the critical touchpoints between the team, clients, and external partners to ensure seamless business continuity.
- Collect required onboarding documents and contracts for new clients.
- Manage vendor invoices and payments in coordination with finance.
- Oversee password protocols and tool access for team members.
Process Improvement & Team Support. You identify bottlenecks and implement changes that increase overall team efficiency.
- Identify and implement process improvements for team efficiency.
- Distribute concise meeting notes to relevant stakeholders.
- Manage the scheduling of team performance reviews.
