Our Company
Chic Living is a young, fast-growing operation that is redefining the urban living experience in the heart of Dubai. Originally established in London’s property market in 2012, we have recently expanded to the UAE to bring our expertise in premium co-living to a new level.
We are currently looking for a motivated, entry-level Administrative Assistant based in Sri Lanka to join our journey starting 1st April 2026. This is a remote, part-time position, making it an ideal fit for someone seeking a flexible arrangement while pursuing their studies or seeking valuable international experience.
Role Requirements:
- Documentation & Compliance: organizing contracts and bills
- Tenant & Vendor Liaison: answering inquiries, resolving maintenance issues, and following up with tenants
- Operations Support: managing schedules for property viewings, inspections, and meetings.
- Data Management: updating property listings and tenants’ information
Qualifications
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Good knowledge of Google Workspace (Gmail, Docs, Spreadsheets, Drive, Calendar, Forms, Meet)
- Attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively
- Previous administrative experience is preferred but not mandatory; a customer-oriented mindset is a plus
Starting salary for the part-time position: PHP21,000.
