Job Summary The Administrative Assistant supports the smooth operation of business processes by handling administrative tasks and ensuring accurate data management. This role focuses on facilitating the administration of CRM systems, business performance metrics, reporting, and budgeting activities. Key

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update records in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales and Financial modules.
  • Assist in managing customer relationship management (CRM) processes, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
  • Support the collection, monitoring, and reporting of business KPI metrics.
  • Prepare reports, track budgets, and assist in financial documentation as required.
  • Coordinate administrative tasks across departments to ensure timely and efficient workflow.
  • Provide general administrative support, including scheduling, correspondence, and documentation management.
  • Liaise with internal teams to ensure information is accurately captured and shared.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in administrative support or related role.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales and Financial modules.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
