Salary Range: $520 to $693 per month

This is a fully remote role that requires staying on Zoom throughout the day for close collaboration and training with your team. What You’ll Do:

• Collect and verify contact information (emails, phone numbers) from internal systems for each client deal.
• Ensure the accuracy of raw contact data and prepare it for email threads and data entry.
• Manage deal information in the company’s email pipeline (Gmail threads) to support closers with all necessary client details.
• Compile and send out client-facing documents, including initial offers and terms.
• Follow established processes to organize and prepare lead data for the outbound team.
• Collaborate via Zoom with team members throughout the day for training, data coordination, and workflow alignment.

Who You’ll Work With:

Be a vital member of our lead preparation team in the business financing space, working hand-in-hand with internal data specialists, closers, and the sales team in a dynamic virtual setting. Your contributions will help ensure that each potential client is handled with precision and care.

Who We’re Looking For:

• Data Entry Savvy: Basic knowledge of computers, email systems, and managing large volumes of data.
• Detail-Oriented: Sharp attention to detail for accurate data handling and organization.
• Process-Oriented: Ability to efficiently follow structured processes and perform repetitive tasks.
• Basic Critical Thinking: Resourcefulness in finding, verifying, and resolving inconsistencies in contact information.
• Self-Motivated: Able to work independently with diligence and reliability, handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Experience: General work experience is required.
