Role Description

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to provide day-to-day support to our team and leadership. This role is the backbone of operational efficiency—handling scheduling, communications, and administrative workflows to ensure the organization runs smoothly. The ideal candidate thrives on structure, anticipates needs before they arise, and executes with attention to detail.

Role Description

  • Manage calendars, meetings, and appointments
  • Coordinate schedules and resolve conflicts
  • Draft, review, and manage communications
  • Act as point of contact between executives, staff, and stakeholders
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting notes
  • Maintain and organize filing systems (digital and physical)
  • Arrange travel, prepare expense reports, and handle office supplies
  • Support HR and finance processes (onboarding, reimbursements, vendor management)
  • Coordinate projects and deadlines with cross-functional teams
  • Track tasks, follow up on deliverables, and ensure completion
