Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to multitask and prioritise tasks, and have a strong attention to detail. This role will be responsible for providing administrative support to various departments within our company and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to various departments, including but not limited to scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements
- Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and respond to inquiries
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations
- Maintain and organize physical and electronic files
- Order and maintain office supplies and equipment
- Assist with event planning and coordination
- Process and track expense reports
- Conduct research and compile data as needed
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- High school graduate (minimum)
- 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
