Admin Support & Digital Marketing Strategist

We’re seeking a highly strategic Content Creator & Digital Marketing Expert with experience in the medical products distribution space to lead our go-to-market messaging, campaigns, and brand positioning.
This is not an entry level content role. We’re looking for someone who understands distributors, compliance sensitivity, global markets, and how to translate technical medical assets into powerful, revenue generating campaigns.
About the Role
You’ll be collaborating / developing and executing digital marketing strategies that support product launches, distributor partnerships, and international market growth particularly across English and Chinese speaking markets.
You must be confident working with technical medical materials and transforming them into high impact marketing assets across multiple platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for medical products
- Build and optimise email marketing campaigns (nurture, launch, distributor engagement, reactivation)
- Create compelling content for:
- X (formerly Twitter)
- Email campaigns
- Sales enablement materials
- Repurpose and transcribe content using AI tools, including:
- Translating and localising materials (Chinese → English)
- Converting long form assets into multi channel content
- Design and oversee:
- Expo marketing materials
- Pull-up banners
- Product brochures
- Sales presentations & pitch decks
- Support distributor marketing initiatives with aligned messaging and positioning
- Ensure all marketing aligns with medical industry standards and regulatory sensitivity
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Proven experience working with a medical product distributor or in medical device/pharma marketing
- Shopify or alike experience
- Strong background in email marketing strategy and automation
- Experience launching products in regulated industries
- Advanced understanding of AI tools for transcription, translation, and content repurposing
- Fluency or strong working ability in Chinese-to-English content localisation
- Deep understanding of LinkedIn and X platform strategy
- Comfortable producing and coordinating expo/event marketing materials
- Strategic thinker who understands positioning, buyer psychology, and B2B sales cycles

Engagement Details
- Work From Home (Monday to Friday 10am – 2pm QLD time)
- 16 hour per week
- Competitive compensation based on experience
