Who are we looking for?
We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Account Executive to manage and develop a global portfolio of recruitment agencies. The ideal candidate will have a passion for building and nurturing relationships, with a strong track record of achieving recruitment targets. What is your background?
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Relations, or a related field.
- 1+ year of experience in account management, sales, or student recruitment, ideally within the international education sector.
- Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Zoho CRM) and data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with agencies, students, and internal teams.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills focused on achieving KPIs and optimizing both sales and account management processes.
- Ability to collaborate with marketing, admissions, and other teams to align recruitment strategies.
- Fluency in English (both written and verbal); additional languages are a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the international education sector, particularly in recruiting students from diverse regions.
- Experience working with global recruitment agents in a multi-cultural environment, particularly in Europe, is a plus.
- Familiarity with visa processes and international student mobility trends.
- Track record of improving processes and driving growth through innovative recruitment or sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and Develop a portfolio of recruitment agencies worldwide, ensuring they meet their student recruitment targets.
- Proactively Identify and Recruit new recruitment agencies in strategic markets to expand our international student reach.
- Build and Maintain Strong Relationships with partner agencies through regular communication and collaboration.
- Conduct Business Meetings both online and offline to strengthen relationships and provide on-site support as needed.
- Travel to New Markets to explore opportunities, attend industry events, and establish new agency partnerships.
- Collaborate with Marketing Teams to develop and execute joint marketing campaigns with partner agencies.
- Report on Agency Performance and market trends, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Coordinate with Finance to ensure timely agency commission claims.
- Participate in Weekly Sales Meetings and contribute to ongoing sales activities.
- Provide Student Counseling as needed to ensure positive student outcomes.
- Attend Regular Team Meetings both online and in person (e.g., Makati or other designated locations).
