LOOKING FOR : VA Cold Outreach & Lead Generation Specialist (Permanent WFH)
Job Overview
We are seeking a high-performing Cold Outreach and Lead Generation Specialist to drive our outbound sales engine. In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end execution of cold email campaigns—from lead research and list building to engagement and pipeline management.
Your primary goal is to increase the volume of qualified discovery calls through consistent, personalized outreach and proactive campaign optimization.
Professional Experience

End-to-End Outreach: Proven track record of running successful cold email campaigns from inception to booking.

Lead Generation: Expertise in sourcing leads and building segmented, high-intent lists.

Engagement Skills: Strong ability to manage replies and convert “interest” into “appointments.”

Copywriting: Excellent cold email writing skills with the ability to adapt messaging based on data.

Communication: Fluent written English with a professional tone.

Schedule: Full availability during U.S. Eastern Standard Time (EST) business hours.

Preferred Qualifications
Experience managing outbound for B2B service-based businesses or agencies.
Demonstrated ability to handle soft qualification and objections via email.
Advanced knowledge of email deliverability and domain health.
