Looking for Filipino (Philippines-based) candidates
Job Role: Accounts & Compliance Administrator (Admin Assistant)
Compensation range: 1,400 – 1,800 AUD/month (non-commission-based)
Engagement type: Independent Contractor Agreement, permanent remote job
Work Schedule: This role is expected to align with the business hours ( 7 AM – 4 PM PHT, Monday to Friday) for collaboration, but as a contractor, you’ll have flexibility in how you manage your time.

Role Overview: We’re looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Accounts & Compliance Administrator to join our client’s team. This is a key support role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys structure and systems, and is happy to jump into other tasks when needed. Flexibility and accountability are a must.
Key Responsibilities:
- Creating Contacts
- Review service agreements on Bullhorn before sending an invoice
- Sending invoices
- Reconciling monthly spend
- Ensuring invoices are paid on time
- Sending overdue invoice reminders
- Updating Bullhorn when invoices are sent, paid
- Creating Credit notes (when applicable) and updating Bullhorn
- Assigning Commissions through Bullhorn
Compliance Support:
- Assist with verifying candidate documents and credentials
- Follow up on reference checks and outstanding compliance requirements
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records
Inbox + Lead Management:
- Full management of 2 inboxes that receive over 160 leads per week (inbox 1) and around 50 surveys per week (inbox 2), which will then need to be actioned in Bullhorn and communicated across the team (scheduling appointment)
- Code and categorise candidate profiles accurately on the CRM (Bullhorn)
- Ensure the Talent Acquisition team has clean, actionable data so they can focus on outreach and calls
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of relevant experience
- Experience with Xero and basic accounting tasks
- Experience with Bullhorn is a must
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Good communication and follow-through (especially for compliance tasks)
- Comfortable with admin systems and CRM tools
- A proactive, flexible mindset, willing to support in areas outside your core tasks when needed
