💼 We’re Hiring: Virtual Assistant (Lead Gen) – Healthcare Recruitment
📍 Remote / Philippines | ⏰ Full-Time, Regular (Australia Working Hours)
Role Overview:
Join our team as a Virtual Assistant (Lead Gen) for an Australia-based healthcare recruitment client! Help us grow by connecting with potential healthcare clients, introducing recruitment services, and keeping leads organized and engaged.
What You’ll Do:
  • 📞 Make outbound calls & send professional emails to healthcare companies
  • 🔍 Research and identify potential clients
  • 🗂️ Maintain CRM records (must be knowledgeable in CRM tools, Vincere CRM a plus!)
  • 🔄 Follow up with leads to keep engagement
  • ✅ Pass qualified leads to the sales/account team
What We’re Looking For:
  • 1–2 years experience in lead generation, sales support, or healthcare-related roles
  • Knowledgeable in CRM tools and lead tracking
  • Comfortable with cold calling & email outreach
  • Strong English communication skills
  • Organized, detail-oriented & self-motivated
