About the Role
We’re looking for a Virtual Assistant based in the Philippines to provide reliable, detail-oriented administrative support. This role focuses primarily on email management and general assistance with scheduling, coordination, and communication tasks. The ideal candidate is organized, fast, accurate, and comfortable handling multiple priorities while maintaining professionalism in every interaction.
Responsibilities
- Manage inboxes and respond to emails promptly and accurately
- Schedule and organize meetings or calls across time zones
- Maintain clear documentation and ensure tasks stay on track
- Support the team with light administrative or operational projects as needed
- Communicate clearly and professionally with internal and external contacts
Key Skills & Qualifications
- Excellent spoken and written English and attention to detail
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Comfortable using Google Workspace tools (Gmail, Calendar, Sheets, Docs)
- Quick learner with a proactive, can-do attitude
- Reliable internet connection and consistent availability
Compensation & Hours
- $300 USD per month
- 20 hours per week
- Long-term, part-time remote position
