We are seeking a proactive, tech-savvy Virtual Assistant to support our executive team. This individual will play a critical role in assisting with daily tasks across various departments, sales and marketing initiatives, finance, and contributing to strategic research and reporting as needed. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and comfortable wearing multiple hats in a fast-paced virtual environment.

Communication in the English language is required.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Provide daily administrative support to a senior technology leader (US Eastern Time)
  • Conduct online research and summarize findings as needed
  • Manage CRM platforms (such as HubSpot) and support sales tracking activities
  • Assist with data entry, report generation, and spreadsheet management
  • Maintain and organize shared documents using Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets,
    Drive, Calendar)
  • Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks, invoice tracking, and QuickBooks entries
  • Support project tracking via tools such as Asana or other project management tools
  • Draft professional emails, reports, and presentation materials
  • Gather, organize, and interpret business and customer data for reporting and analysis
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and execution of tasks

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Virtual Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or
    similar role
  • Experience working with U.S.-based teams or clients
  • Familiarity with the IT/Technology industry, including a basic understanding of AI tools and trends
  • Strong working knowledge of Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar, etc.)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Experience with CRM tools, preferably HubSpot, and basic sales support
  • Working knowledge of QuickBooks and basic bookkeeping principles
  • Proficiency with project management tools such as Asana, Trello, ClickUp, or
    Monday.com
  • Strong skills in data collection, reporting, and spreadsheet creation
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and a drive for accuracy
  • Tech-savvy and eager to learn new tools and platforms
