US Virtual Assistant (PH)

About the Role:
We are looking for experienced Virtual Assistants to join our team full-time in a permanent remote role. In this position, you’ll manage executive calendars and emails, handle data entry and file organization, assist with client communication, and provide general administrative support. You’ll also conduct research, prepare reports, and may perform light bookkeeping tasks. Proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and CRM systems is essential, along with strong communication and multitasking skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage emails, calendars, and scheduling to optimize executive productivity.
- Handle data entry, document management, and file organization.
- Assist with client communications, including responding to inquiries and following up on tasks.
- Conduct research and compile reports as needed.
- Provide administrative support, including preparing correspondence and managing online records.
- Perform light bookkeeping tasks (if applicable).
Qualifications & Skills:
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years in an administrative, virtual assistant, or similar support role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office Suite, and CRM systems.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Organization: Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
