Virtual Assistant – Influencer Research & Admin Support

Location: Remote (Philippines)

Schedule: Full-time, working South Africa hours (GMT+2)

Salary: $350/month

Who We Are

We run influencer campaigns for some of the biggest brands and creators on the planet. Think: rosters full of creators, big budgets, and projects that move fast. We need someone sharp, reliable, and detail-obsessed to help keep everything organized behind the scenes.

What You’ll Be Doing

Digging through TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Twitch to find the right influencers

Hunting down their emails and dropping them neatly into spreadsheets

Keeping our rosters clean, accurate, and client-ready

Updating lists, making sure nothing slips through the cracks

Backing up our project manager and CEO with day-to-day admin stuff

What We’re Looking For

Excel/Google Sheets skills (you don’t need to be a wizard, but sorting, filtering, and formatting should be second nature)

Detail freak – spelling mistakes, messy data, missing emails? Not on your watch.

Independent worker – we don’t want to babysit you.

Solid English writing/reading skills.

Based in the Philippines + willing to work South Africa hours.

Bonus if you’ve worked as a VA or done influencer research before.
