HIRING: Real Estate Virtual Assistant (Remote | PST)

We are looking for a Real Estate Virtual Assistant to provide day-to-day administrative and marketing support. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and familiar with real estate tools and workflows such as Trello, CRMLS, Homebot, and LionDesk.
This role involves managing CRMs, assisting with CMAs, organizing marketing materials, and coordinating with the Transaction Coordinator (TC).
Key Responsibilities:
CRM Management:
-Keep Trello organized and updated with current listings, tasks, and deadlines.
-Manage LionDesk CRM to track leads, contacts, and communication.
-Maintain Homebot database and ensure all client contact information (emails, phone numbers) is accurate.
Listing & Marketing Support:
-Assist with preparing CMA reports using Cloud CMA and keep market ratings and data up to date.
-Create and distribute flyers, marketing materials, and open house invites.
-Help host and promote open houses—sending invites and updating attendees.
-Upload and organize YouTube videos and help improve online presence.
-Support agent branding with testimonials and marketing content updates.
General Admin Support:
-Keep documents and client files properly stored and accessible.
-Provide light admin support, including scheduling and task reminders.
Qualifications:
-Experience as a Real Estate Virtual Assistant
-Familiar with Trello, LionDesk, CRMLS, Homebot, and Cloud CMA.
-Strong organizational and time-management skills.
-Detail-oriented and able to work with minimal supervision.
-Good communication and coordination skills, especially when working with team members and TCs.
-Basic understanding of real estate listing and marketing processes.
-Reliable device and stable internet connection.
