We’re Hiring a Real Estate VA (Part-Time → Full-Time)!
Looking for a VA who’s sharp, proactive, and ready to support a growing real estate business! If you love keeping things organized and moving, you’ll fit right in.
What you’ll be doing:
• Manage and update REsimpli CRM
• Cold call leads + consistent follow-ups
• Light social media posting/management (not a big focus, but a plus!)
• Help keep operations smooth, steady, and stress-free
What we’re looking for:
• Strong communication and follow-through
• Someone detail-oriented and self-driven
• Comfortable with cold calling
• Bonus if you’ve used REsimpli or similar CRMs
We’re also big on personality + culture fit. You’ll complete a Culture Index assessment so we can match you perfectly with the client.
