💰 ₱18,000–₱25,000/month (depending on experience)
We’re looking for a Personal & Real Estate Assistant to support an entrepreneur managing a real estate brokerage and a flower café. This role is ideal for someone organized, trustworthy, and proactive who enjoys a mix of administrative, creative, and operational work.
What you’ll do:
- Assist with real estate documents, listings, and client coordination
- Organize schedules, errands, and meetings
- Prepare reports, contracts, and simple payment tracking
- Help create marketing materials using Canva
- Maintain databases and tasks in Notion
- Use Google Sheets for records and tracking
Qualifications:
- Organized, detail-oriented, and good communicator
- Proficient in Google Workspace, Canva, and Notion
- With admin or real estate background (preferred but not required)
