💰 ₱18,000–₱25,000/month (depending on experience)

We’re looking for a Personal & Real Estate Assistant to support an entrepreneur managing a real estate brokerage and a flower café. This role is ideal for someone organized, trustworthy, and proactive who enjoys a mix of administrative, creative, and operational work.

What you’ll do:

  • Assist with real estate documents, listings, and client coordination
  • Organize schedules, errands, and meetings
  • Prepare reports, contracts, and simple payment tracking
  • Help create marketing materials using Canva
  • Maintain databases and tasks in Notion
  • Use Google Sheets for records and tracking

Qualifications:

  • Organized, detail-oriented, and good communicator
  • Proficient in Google Workspace, Canva, and Notion
  • With admin or real estate background (preferred but not required)
