โ€ข At least 1 year of VA experience in marketing and operations support.
โ€ข Experience in telco operations, particularly voice-related support such as activations, line management, or customer coordination.
โ€ข Experience in using CRMs such as LessAnnoying, Salesforce, or HubSpot.
โ€ข Experience handling order processing, vendor coordination, and logistics follow-ups.
โ€ข Familiarity with managing project trackers, updating dashboards, and monitoring task progress.
โ€ข Comfortable handling operational workflows.
โ€ข Knowledge in SEO, blog writing, and website content updates.
โ€ข Strong written and verbal communication skills.
โ€ข Tech-savvy and quick to learn new systems.
โ€ข Trainable and easy to work with.
โ€ข Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities remotely.

โ€ข Process and track replacement orders with vendors.
โ€ข Maintain and update CRM and customer database.
โ€ข Assist with SIM activations, number porting, and scheduling installations.
โ€ข Assist in managing voice line activations, troubleshooting basic voice service issues, and routing concerns to appropriate teams.
โ€ข Maintain project trackers and manage reseller accounts in client portals.
โ€ข Monitor day-to-day operational tasks to ensure timely completion of orders, updates, and service activations.
โ€ข Coordinate with vendors, partners, or internal teams for order status, delays, and issue resolution.
โ€ข Support basic customer service functions, including responding to operational inquiries and providing status updates.
โ€ข Prepare quotes, create blog content, and update website and sales materials.
โ€ข Support SEO efforts and track campaign performance.
โ€ข Manage LinkedIn campaigns and outbound email outreach.
