Job Title: Remote Appointment Setter / Lead Generator
Location: Remote
Hours: 9am – 5pm Melbourne Time (6am-2pm PHT)
Employment Type: Full Time (40 hours per week)

A dynamic, results-driven agency specialising in growth marketing for businesses in the hospitality sector. Their mission is to help restaurants and food-service venues grow with measurable marketing strategies that deliver real business results (for example: more bookings, more diners, sustainable growth). They’re looking to expand their outreach team so they can connect with more potential clients.
The Role
As an Appointment Setter / Lead Generator you will be the first point of contact between the agency and prospective clients. Your primary objective is to generate high-quality leads and book qualified appointments for the sales team. Youll engage with prospects via phone, email, and other outreach channels, qualify their interest and readiness, and schedule meetings.
Key responsibilities include:
- Research and identify potential clients (restaurants / hospitality venues) who may benefit from our services.
- Conduct outreach (phone calls, emails, LinkedIn/follow-up) to these prospects.
- Qualify leads: gather information about their business, pain points, current marketing efforts, budget/interest.
- Book appointments for the sales team with qualified prospects.
- Maintain accurate records of outreach activity, lead status and follow-up in our CRM or tracking system.
- Meet weekly/monthly KPIs for number of calls, leads generated, appointments set.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to refine outreach messaging, improve conversion rates and feedback on lead quality.
- Ensure follow-up with prospects, handle inquiries, and maintain professional, courteous communication at all times.
What Were Looking For
Essential:
- Proven experience in a lead generation / appointment‐setting role (ideally B2B, preferably in service or agency sales).
- Strong phone presence, excellent verbal communication and confidence in cold-calling.
- Ability to build rapport quickly and handle objections professionally.
- Comfortable working remotely, self-motivated, disciplined, able to manage your schedule and hit targets with minimal supervision.
- Good written communication skills (for emails and follow-up correspondence).
- Comfortable using CRM tools, spreadsheets, tracking outreach and results.
- A growth mindset: youre always looking to improve your approach, learn what works, and iterate.
Desirable:
- Some experience or understanding of digital marketing / agency services.
- Experience working with hospitality or restaurant clients.
- Familiarity with warm-to-cold outreach strategies (phone, email, LinkedIn).
- Ability to speak to business owners / decision makers and uncover their business pain points.
- Comfortable with calls across different time zones (if targeting international markets).
