Funeral Futurist is a Canadian-based digital marketing agency that helps independent funeral homes and cremation providers across North America grow through AI-driven automation, CRM systems, and lead-generation workflows. About the Role
We are seeking a Go High Level (GHL) Specialist from the Philippines who is an expert in workflow creation, automations, CRM pipelines, and funnel setup. You will start part-time (20–25 hours per week) with a path to full-time within 3 months or sooner based on performance.
This is a strategic role that combines technical precision with creative problem-solving. You will be building, testing, and refining workflows for client campaigns that include AI chat and voice assistants, Google Ads integrations, review management, and nurturing automations.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and optimize workflows, triggers, and campaigns inside Go High Level (GHL).
- Manage CRM setup, pipeline stages, and custom fields for multiple clients.
- Create automations for lead capture, review requests, appointment reminders, and follow-ups.
- Integrate tools such as Google Sheets, Zapier, Make, and third-party APIs.
- Collaborate with our team on SOP creation, documentation, and workflow templates.
- Perform QA testing to ensure all automations function as expected.
- Suggest workflow improvements based on data and client feedback.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with Go High Level (GHL) or white-label equivalents.
- HighLevel Certified Admin certification
- Strong understanding of funnels, triggers, workflows, and campaigns.
- Proven ability to create reusable automation templates.
- Experience with integrations and webhooks.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication.
- Bonus: Experience with AI tools, marketing automations, or funeral/healthcare sectors.
Compensation
- Part-time (first 3 months): 35,000 – 40,000 PHP / month (20 hours / week)
- Full-time (after transition): 80,000 – 90,000 PHP / month depending on performance and skill level.
- Performance bonuses are available for achieving workflow milestones and efficiency goals.
