Schedule: London Time
- Manage emails, calendars, and schedule appointments
- Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations
- Perform data entry and maintain organized records
- Coordinate with clients, team members, and suppliers
- Handle basic bookkeeping or invoicing tasks (as needed)
- Conduct internet research and compile data
- Monitor and manage social media accounts (optional)
- Assist in project tracking and task management
- Other administrative tasks as assigned
- Proven experience as a virtual assistant or similar role
- Basic knowledge of social media management
- Familiarity with CRM or project management tools
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- High level of discretion and confidentiality
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Experience with tools like Trello, Slack, Zoom, or Canva is a plus
