Virtual Rockstar is hiring a highly skilled, tech-savvy Executive Assistant to support busy executives and their businesses. This role goes beyond typical administrative support — you’ll act as an extension of the executive, helping streamline operations, manage projects, and drive visibility through effective marketing and social media strategies.

Responsibilities

Executive & Administrative Support

  • Manage and organize calendars and inboxes.
  • Book appointments and coordinate meetings.
  • Support travel planning and create detailed itineraries.
  • Assist with event coordination and personal scheduling.
  • Provide administrative support across multiple projects.

Marketing & Visibility Support

  • Manage and schedule social media content across multiple platforms.
  • Create and edit engaging Reels and short-form videos using tools like CapCut.
  • Monitor social media trends and apply them to content strategies.
  • Build and manage strong online communities through engagement.
  • Track and analyze social media performance metrics.
  • Manage and optimize Go HighLevel campaigns, automations, and CRM workflows.
  • Plan, launch, and monitor Facebook Ad campaigns, including targeting, creative, budget, and reporting.
  • Support podcast guest booking and outreach.
  • Assist with event planning and promotions (virtual and in-person).
  • Provide support with content creation, copywriting, and light graphic design.

Personal Assistant Tasks

  • Schedule personal and family-related appointments.
  • Handle online shopping, gift research, and purchasing.
  • Manage reminders, grocery lists, and daily essentials.
  • Organize family travel and events.
  • Provide general lifestyle management support.

Tools & Platforms You’ll Use

  • Google Workspace (Docs, Drive, Calendar)
  • Social Media Platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts, etc.)
  • CapCut & Canva (video and graphic editing)
  • Go HighLevel (CRM, automation, funnel building)
  • Facebook Ads Manager (campaign creation, optimization, reporting)
  • Podcast scheduling tools (training provided)

Requirements

  • Highly organized, proactive, and efficient multitasker.
  • Strong communicator with excellent written and spoken English.
  • Confident in daily face-to-face communication via Zoom/video calls.
  • Proven experience creating short-form content with measurable engagement growth.
  • Skilled in using CapCut or similar tools to produce compelling video content.
  • Hands-on experience with Go HighLevel campaigns, automations, and CRM workflows.
  • Experience managing Facebook Ad campaigns and reporting ROI.
  • Comfortable analyzing analytics to guide decisions.
  • Tech-savvy, adaptable, and quick to learn new systems.
  • Professional, trustworthy, and capable of maintaining discretion.
