Qualifications (3+ Years Experience)

– Excellent verbal and written communication skills
– Strong organizational and time-management abilities
– Advanced calendar management and scheduling experience
– Ability to coordinate complex travel, meetings, and events
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace plus Microsoft Outlook
– Skilled in email and inbox management for executives
– High attention to detail and accuracy
– Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
– Strong research, documentation, and reporting skills
**Experience
**Minimum of 3 years experience as an Executive Assistant or Administrative Support
* Experience supporting executives, senior managers, or leadership teams
* Familiarity with preparing reports, presentations, and executive briefs
* Experience in project coordination and follow-through

– Excellent interpersonal and professional communication
