Your mission

As Senior Bookkeeper & Executive Assistant, your mission is to provide comprehensive administrative support while establishing accurate financial controls across three business entities during the China manufacturing transition. You’ll master specialized international trade processes and create scalable systems for the growing team.

What you’ll do

Daily, you’ll:

  • Provide executive assistant support including calendar coordination, communication management, and comprehensive administrative task coordination
  • Manage QuickBooks financial operations with systematic accuracy and attention to detail
  • Verify invoices and prevent duplicate billing while building relationships with suppliers and vendors
  • Process payroll and maintain organized documentation for smooth business operations

Weekly, you’ll:

  • Master specialized calculations and international trade management for China manufacturing transition
  • Collaborate directly with leadership on administrative analysis and operational improvements
  • Document processes and establish systems that prepare for team expansion

As you grow in the role:

  • Lead training and onboarding for new team members in administrative and financial processes
  • Take on specialized international operations responsibilities that build valuable career expertise
