Job Title: Inbox Manager – Cold Email Agency

Location: Remote

Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM PST (6:00 PM – 3:00 AM SAST)

Salary: $800 – $1,200+ USD/month

About The Role:

As we continue to expand, we’re looking for a dedicated Inbox Manager to join our team. You’ll play a pivotal role in managing multiple client inboxes, converting replies into booked calls onto their calendar, and ensuring our systems run seamlessly.

As an Inbox Manager, you will:

Manage inbound and outbound communication across multiple client accounts using templates
Respond to emails and SMS replies within 2-10 minutes to maximize conversion rates.
Follow up systematically using pre-built sequences and personalised messages.
Maintain client-specific templates and continuously optimize for performance.
Monitor and update lead pipelines to ensure no opportunities are missed.
Collaborate with the team to troubleshoot issues and refine workflows.
Provide daily and end-of-day reports on key metrics and outcomes.

What We’re Looking For:

To succeed in this role, you should:

Previous experience in inbox management/appointment setting or Sales
Be detail-oriented and highly organised, capable of managing multiple client accounts simultaneously.
Have excellent written communication skills with the ability to sound professional, human, and engaging.
Thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment where quick response times are critical.
Be tech-savvy and comfortable using tools like Slack, Google Workspace, and CRMs.
Have prior experience with inbox or client communication management (preferred but not required).
Understand the basics of cold email and lead generation workflows (training provided).
