About The Role
OutsourcedIn is seeking a confident, detail-oriented Appointment Setter to support one of our Australian clients a fast-growing quick-service restaurant (QSR) brand known for its exceptional quality and franchise success.
As the Appointment Setter, youll be responsible for reaching out to potential franchise partners, qualifying their interest, and booking high-quality appointments with the executive team. Youll play a key role in helping the brand expand nationally while delivering professional, on-brand first impressions to all prospects.
This is a full-time remote position for a candidate based in the Philippines, working Australian business hours (10 AM 6 PM Melbourne Time).
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Engagement: Contact inbound and outbound leads through phone, email, and social media.
- Qualify Prospects: Ask strategic questions to assess interest, investment capability, and suitability for the franchise model.
- Book Appointments: Schedule and confirm qualified meetings for the Franchise Growth Director.
- CRM Management: Update and maintain accurate lead data and follow-up tasks in GoHighLevel or similar systems.
- Follow-Up & Nurture: Re-engage leads through consistent communication and relationship-building.
- Track & Report: Maintain weekly performance reports on outreach volume, appointments set, and lead progress.
- Collaborate: Work closely with the internal marketing and sales teams to improve lead quality and conversion rates.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years experience in appointment setting, inside sales, or lead generation (experience with Australian or international clients preferred).
- Excellent English communication skills both verbal and written.
- Strong phone confidence and ability to build rapport quickly.
- Organised, detail-oriented, and consistent in follow-ups.
- Familiar with CRM tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Pipedrive.
- Target-driven with a proactive and positive attitude.
- Comfortable working remotely and meeting daily activity targets.
- Must be available to work 10 AM 6 PM AEST (Melbourne Time).
