Appointment Setter

We’re looking for a motivated Appointment Setter to join our growing team!

If you’re confident speaking with U.S.-based clients, love communicating, and have strong attention to detail — this role is for you. You’ll help our clients connect with qualified homeowners and contractors through outbound calls and digital outreach.

💬Job Overview:

As an Appointment Setter, you will be responsible for contacting leads, qualifying prospects, and scheduling quote-ready appointments. You’ll play a key role in supporting the growth of our clients by ensuring their calendars are filled with high-quality opportunities.

🎯Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential leads and qualify them based on provided criteria.

• Schedule appointments that meet client requirements and are likely to convert.

• Maintain accurate notes, follow-ups, and appointment details in the CRM.

• Use tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, ZoomInfo, RocketReach, and Google Calendar for daily tasks.

• Communicate professionally with U.S. homeowners and contractors.

• Meet or exceed daily and weekly call and booking targets.

• Manage time efficiently and maintain accountability while working remotely.

✅Qualifications:

• Fluent in English with a clear, confident American accent (required).

• Excellent communication skills — both verbal and written.

• Proven experience in cold calling and lead qualification, ideally in home improvement or service-based industries.

• Familiarity with CRM systems and outreach tools.

• Knowledge of landscaping, pool construction, or general home improvement services is a plus.

• Highly self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently in a remote environment.
