Role Description
FunFox Program is hiring a full-time remote Administrative & Customer Success Assistant to join our growing team.
This is a customer-facing role focused on ensuring a smooth and positive experience for our families. The successful candidate will spend much of their day communicating with parents—primarily over phone and digital channels—to provide support, answer queries, and ensure that families feel informed and cared for throughout their journey with FunFox.
In addition to communication responsibilities, the role includes managing administrative tasks, maintaining accurate records, and supporting key operational processes.
We are looking for someone who is warm, articulate, and proactive—someone who genuinely enjoys helping people and takes ownership of their work. Candidates with prior teaching or education sector experience are strongly encouraged to apply, as they will be able to better understand parent needs and school-related contexts.
Qualifications
- Serve as the first point of contact for parents via phone, WhatsApp, and email, providing clear and professional communication.
- Ensure parents have a smooth onboarding experience and receive timely support throughout their child’s enrolment.
- Perform administrative and clerical tasks, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Handle phone and digital communication professionally and efficiently.
- Manage schedules, organize documents, and maintain records.
- Collaborate with team members to support project execution.
- Adapt quickly to new software tools and workflows.
