Immerse VA Solutions is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Part-Time Admin Assistant to support our client with general administrative tasks, document updates, and estimating support.
Responsibilities:
• Provide general administrative support
• Update estimating templates and documents
• Assist with preparing estimates and reports
• Manage files and data using OneDrive, Xero, and Excel
Qualifications:
✅ Experience with Xero, OneDrive, and Excel
✅ Strong attention to detail and excellent organization skills
✅ Proactive and able to work independently
✅ Familiarity with estimating software is a plus
