Client: a privately-owned Queensland based electrical company offering electrical services throughout the commercial and industrial sectors
Schedule: Australian time zone (can be discussed further)
Set up: 100% WFH

Sample Tasks:

  • Read over your emails to ensure there is no priorities to action first thing in the morning.
  • Return any voicemails – provide notes as necessary.
  • Reply to all reviews on Google.
  • Action quotes or other (this could involve replies to emails etc)
  • Go through supplier statements and ensure it matches to Xero materials, remove any invoices NOT on the statement,
  • Timesheet preparation
  • Make sure everybody has a job in their schedule for the next day
  • Send list of reminders to action.
  • Provide end of day list – Tasks complete, tasks not complete so we can reshuffle the next day as required to suit your needs.

Qualifications:
-Minimum of 3-5 years Administrative experience -Must have XERO experience
-Familiarity with Servicem8 and Hipages would be desirable
-With marketing experience
-Someone with experience supporting expats would be an advantage -Proficient in google suite
-Strong experience in spreadsheets
