This course teaches you how to use High Level to manage marketing, sales, and client communication all in one place. You’ll learn to set up your account, capture leads automatically, nurture them with emails and SMS, and track your entire sales process from start to finish.
By the end of the training, you’ll be equipped with in-demand skills to offer High Level as a service, support business growth, and boost your career opportunities as a sought-after Virtual Assistant, freelancer, or digital marketer.
What You Will Learn:
- Part 1: Foundation & Setup:
- Set up your agency account and a client sub-account.
- Integrate phone, email, and social media channels.
- Part 2: Marketing & Lead Capture:
- Build simple websites (funnels) and forms to capture leads.
- Manage and segment contacts in the CRM.
- Part 3: Automation & Communication:
- Create “Workflows” to automatically follow up with leads via email and SMS.
- Manage all conversations (email, SMS, social media) in one inbox.
- Part 4: Sales & Reporting:
- Visually track leads in a sales pipeline.
- Automate review requests and understand basic sales reports.
